Unless specifically told otherwise, all RenPy patch files should go into the game's 'game' folder as either an .rpyc or .rpy file.

It's possible something changed or got messed up in this latest content, but you're not supposed ever to have needed a patch for incest (except maybe if you got your copy from Patreon, ofc). It's actually central to the story, as PornPan has stated before. v0.7.1 should have content from SubscribeStar, so the incest should be included now in the game automatically.

Hi, for the 0.7.1 update, the patch.rpy in the mod contains fewer variable and line changes than the 0.7.1 incest patch's version of the file.
Is this a problem?
