Why the extra game.rar?

Just waiting for someone to inform us over whether or not this is yet another 0.1 release with 2 minutes of content that will be lucky to see a 0.2 version.

You would think that for downloads of less the 300Mb but this is over 1 Gb in size.

Will give it a try to figure if the stepsister is or can be listed as incest.
Stepmom can be listed as incest per the tag rules if there is sex between MC and the stepmom.
