If it is not a main plot point nor mechanic and only exists as an inconsequential footnote, it doesn't deserve the tag. If you are looking for the virgin tag, you want media where that virginity is important, not a throwaway detail.

EDIT: FORCED SEEDING dirty dungeon... Personally, having all of those really great sprites and no pregnancy; I feel like the instant spawning thing is nonsense. It was really disappointing.

I have to say, the number of games "without" the pregnancy tag is going to be very limited, because chances are that most main characters were virgins at some point in time before the intro, lore-wise.
