Ren'Py - Completed - Forgotten Paradise [v1.0] [Void Star]

Game is pretty great if you like getting cucked, cause god damn, it's so obvious that this is the kink of the dev.

When I had clicked on this game, it was because I saw Chloe from Life is Strange and wanted to check it out. So good job on at least hooking people for that. Saw the tags too, and thought it would be the usual game where the MC cucks others, but not at all even close.

All he does is get sloppy seconds, while the true protagonist, Andre, has likely hooked up with everyone except the MC's daughters. And it's really obvious that the MC is not a real protagonist, because not only does he have a smaller dick, but he doesn't even get the chance to grow it. A fat obese and the captain that had hosted the event first place, gets to, and also ends up having one of the best endings.

The game is solid overall, but the writing could be so much better. Starting off by not actually playing someone whose obviously not the protagonist. There's a lot of different ways to cuck, but to do it to the player is pretty niche on this site, considering the fact that the more popular games on this site doesn't do anything like that.

There should have been days of exploration where the MC got to bang a different girl throughout the day. A lot about this game could have been done better. For no reason at all, there were no quick animations when the red alien was getting raped. Choosing to fuck Chloe first, doesn't even let you fuck the oldest daughter, but near the end of the game, you get to check up on Chloe and the MC's daughters.

The camera shots of the sex scenes are also bad. Instead of a pov shot, there's so many side angles, you can hardly see anything. I'm always going to be damn surprised seeing games like these be out for a year or several months, and not really have much content to it.

Yeah, version 0.10 actually had an ending, but it also went from 0 to 100 so quick. With how unconventional it also is for the protagonist to get cucked so badly, it's no wonder it only has 33 pages. A lot of better games are out there, and a lot of what's in this version doesn't even look like it would have really taken that long to code into Ren'py.

Greatly done renders, particulary love the red skinned alien.

It goes directly to the sex instead of giving everyone blue balls until several versions later.
Also there is actually a reason to make a harem in this game...hehe

Wish MC got the women preggers but apparently he's sterile. Like come on?! No, continuing the human race other than being cucked? Strange times.. Maybe the later updates give him the medical treatments to knock all of them up like should have happened the first go around!

This game has a really interesting story, which most games don't have. Also this game doesn't force the MC to choose between girls so far and I love this because PORN GAMES shouldn't be EROTIC VISUAL NOVELS and you SHOULD be ALLOWED to FUCK AROUND with ALL THE GIRLS. Otherwise what's the point?

Anyways, here is my score.

Story 5/5 - Funny, different, smart, endless possibilities, and doesn't take itself super serious.
Renders 3/5 - They are not super pretty, they are trying to go for a more 'natural' look, but they are okay. Need to work on some faces, maybe add some more 'porny' looking gals at some point.
Girls 4/5 - The variety is EXCELLENT but the fact the renders are NOT that good stop it form having a perfect score, sorry.
Sex 3/5 - There is PLENTY of Sex, in fact I was surprised by the amount of content, but I have 2 main issues. The first is that the animations are VERY STIFF, you need to make them more than just a 2 second loop, try different angles, different poses, longer animations with MORE MOVEMENT. Second, you need a BIT more KINK, just a bit more.

So overall a really decent game, and its FUN...I loved the Easter egg of Chloe and the alien ASSari. I didn't like that if you don't consume the pills, saving them does nothing for the MC and the girl with the tattoos in the face looks weird. A bit more music would be good too.

Anyways, we'll definitively check out new releases.

I freaking love everything in the game, how choices matters and baiscally everything is handled perfectly giving you choices that you would do and most importantly, that change the story somehow... Delhia is waifu material

EDIT: The game is now taking a weird turn, every update feels hollow and missing any kind of story, we don't know anything about the ship, we get presented characters that either die in the next update or they are just useless to the overall work (talking about you Dae.)

First I wanna say too this game deserves much more than the 3 stars, compared to the other games out there. This is one of the best games ive played and this is why...

This is a unique game, with great art and a lot of hot chicks and all kinds of different characters, thats you wanna fool around with which makes it all very interesting and always looking forward to see more 5 Stars.

The animations are very well made and there is a lot of good scenes and its all the right stuff that gets animated (sex scenes and they are hot) 5 Stars.

The story is also unique and very interesting and in the last update 0.7 looks like it's gonna be more interesting, dont wanna give anything away, but this game is one all should try, cant say anything bad about it at all there is a few mini-games in which I noramlly hate, but these are easy and fast, so it's all good 5 Stars.

first off, i would like to say, the average of 3 stars is unwarranted. i'm willing to bet that it was unfairly judged by users because it contains that "dreaded N word content", by that i mean NTR. users see that and just give it a 1 star rating withing actually playing it or seeing it's content.

now i will explain why i felt this game was a 5 star

first, the strongest point.

ANIMATIONS - this game contains 1 Animated sex scene for every major event, which is nearly all of them. i think i saw only 1 time when animation wasn't used and that's because the camera was blurred on purpose to give a drunk effect. no point in animating something you can't see. The animations in the later points are really up to par. it looked so smooth that i thought it was videos.

Dialogue - The game contained almost no grammatical or spelling errors. if it did, i missed them because i was focused on the hot sex lol.

Sex scenes - man, what can i say. every girl was very different. i just wished they included more fantasy type girls. the red demon girl was my favorite. it includes and looks like will include a lot of fetishes. as of right now we have blow jobs, DP, titfucks, vaginal and one tentacle scene. i say looks like it will have more because at the endings of the version i played 0.7, it looks like monsters will be invading the ship in need of livestock (the passengers) to breed with. so things are gonna get even kinkier.

NTR - yes, this part that a lot of people don't want to hear about. there are some unavoidable NTR sure, but a lot that can be avoided too. as a fan of NTR, it was all a win for me, so i have no complaints. i just with that people who dislike NTR just don't vote without just cause. don't go into threads and down vote just so it looks like games are bad. as is the case in this game. it deserves more then 3 stars. a lot of work was put into this game and it's clear if people give it a chance.

Pros: The setting is quite unique and looked promising. The character models are mostly attractive. Dahlia, the female demon, is quite appealing and the best written character through the .7 update.

Cons: The MC is a soldier yet he is infuriatingly passive when it comes to what's happening to himself and his "loving" family. The story doesn't make much sense at this point. The NTR, which is supposedly avoidable, still happens and it's blatantly obvious in game. Early into the game, you learn your wife is a whore and you've been raising someone else's daughters their entire life. So through no in game choice, you're cuckolded.

Final thoughts: The game sounded interesting and worth a shot since the NTR was said to be avoidable, the only thing avoidable is you don't have to watch it, but it still happens. The main character needs to slit his wrists, he's that infuriatingly passive, and the only way any of this "story" can be redeemed is if you're allowed to toss the wife and a few other people out an airlock in a future update.

Yes! This is what the NTR community needs! This is a great story with an interesting plot as well as so many possible ways this can turn out. The characters all look unique and each have their own feel. Except for Chloe. I can’t wait till we actually get much more control of what the character does. As of right now the choices are all super meaningful and this is carrying the game from being a simple click through VN to being an actually interactive experience. I will continue to support this game and I can’t wait to see how amazing this shit will be. (God those models are so hot.)

Excellent game that follows the classic pattern of similar games. On the other hand, the background is interesting: futuristic with several protagonists who are not human. This gives different roads and optics. We hope to see more to complete our adventure.

edit: v.13 is terrible. the writing makes no sense and has no direction. the women are extremely ugly now. he should finish the game and make something new. always figure out the basic outline of your story and by basic outline I mean figure out a middle and ending to the story.

Render quality is above average. Story and setting is unique and fresh. I enjoy NTR and cuckold content and this game has a lot of it so far. If you don't like NTR, the game does force it on you, so if you are not into that be warned. You can still sex quite a few women if you are going for that alpha minded play through.

The only blonde in the game has a butter face unfortunately. I would like to see the blonde have her face and skin texture improved. The short hair on her is not good. Her face needs improvement IMO.

This game is worth the download. You'll have fun with it and I would recommend helping out on the devs patreon.

Interesting and unique setting and characters. Caters to a good amount of different fetishes. Renders are in a good quality too. Choices seem to matter and your style of play influences what kind of sexual activities you are shown. So no forcing into stuff you don't like. NTR is optional for example.
The game definitely has potential.

I started this game from looking at the characters i liked how they looked and even has Chloe from LIS but i started the game got in maybe 30 minutes and read the comments seen the game has NTR that is not avoidable and stopped playing because of it. So all that being said the art is really good the story was kinda decent but what kills this game is NTR and the MC being put through hell with finding out his kids are not his and his wife has been using him for years and now he watches his wife cheat on him and watches his kids (not his kids) get banged this game is for people who like seeing the MC/you since you are the MC getting fucked over many times.

This game is one that if you have nothing else to do is good for having a lot of sex in it. The story, although interesting, loses a lot with all the sex. It's not a matter of if you will get sex scenes it's a matter of whom you will have it with. Even the choices are not whether but who with. If you choose to not follow through with one then it leads directly to someone else. I can see why void star hasn't set up a patreon page since there is plenty of banned material in it, from incest to NTR. I do play it when I have nothing else to do.

Well, not real sure about this one... It almost feels like the premise behind this one is sex slavery/mind control in the guise of a sci-fi fantasy... It appears to be another in a long line of family sex themed stories...

The visuals are alright as far as the characters, and the backdrops are mostly unique and befitting of the lead in to the story...

The script is short for the moment, being that it is very early development, with some grammar/spelling issues now and then... The dialogue/monologues is ok, but nothing spectacular... The premise of the plot for this VN/Game is that the protagonist and his family are going up into orbit to participate in a social experiment, and get paid to do so... But really it's a hoax and instead everyone has their memories wiped, with the exception of the male protagonist, and what appears to be people from a foreign power who are the real sponsors of this, supposed, experiment... The way the story portrays the protagonist as being exempt from the memory wipe, is when he just happens upon some disheveled hobo looking guy on the street, who tells him all about the conspiracy and offers to sell him a drug that keeps the memory wipe from effecting him... Which is so far fetched and immersion breaking, I immediately began to have doubts on how good this VN is going to be... It's not like the hobo was actually looking for the protagonist, and then to sell the drug for very little money, it is an extreme stretch of reality...

As to my comment about this seeming more like a sex slave/mind control game in the guise of a sci-fi fantasy, is that with this being an erotic themed VN/game, why would a foreign power want to have all these people in space with their memories wiped unless there was some hanky-panky going on... And because of the B-rated feel of the story thus far, I can only guess that the protagonist will have many options to take advantage of the situation himself... Who really knows what direction/s the authors will take things, but I have a pretty good guess based on what I've experienced so far with this introduction...

Overall the story seems a bit rushed, and feels like it's just going to be a porn story in space, with little in the way of depth or mature story telling... It is very early in development, so who really knows how it will really pan out, but from what I've seen thus far, I'm a little reluctant to give this one a go again... Only time will tell, but most likely I will not revisit it...


(01/21/2018 - Review Update - v0.2)

Well I do see some improvements, such as the UI looks a little cleaner, there are some new animations, the script looks like it's been proofread a bit more, etc... The part with the bum still is a bit unbelievable...

The new content looks good, although it still feels a bit over the top, and slightly outlandish... The twist, that the protagonists family isn't really his biological family, is easy enough to deal with, since it's revealed early enough in the story... Just wish more information was given on if the kids knew all along, that they were not his kids or not... If they did know all along, then I can already feel the anger building up, lol... I'm hoping in the next content update there is a little more information revealed about what his family members actually know... Have to wait and see... A few new characters were introduced, including a possible heroine character...

I still think the game is a bit over the top, and it seems as though some character visuals are rehashed from other games, such as the demonic looking woman... I've seen similar characters in other games... I do think there has been some cosmetic improvements, but I still find it hard to get really hooked into the story overall... I can see that this VN/game is still going down the porn fest route, rather then being any sort of a believable deep and immersive story... There is story, but it still moves pretty quick, with this update mostly being character introductions and a couple new sex scenes... Only time will really tell, as this update didn't include a huge amount of new story content... And you really can't nail down what is really going on in the space station, beyond some other folks not being brain wiped (or so it seems), and there being some sort of conspiracy, still...

(04/11/2018 - Review Update - v0.5)

Well, figured it was time to give this game a revisit, to see if it's improved at all or if anything had changed in prior content... But nope, it's about the same...

The newer content, since I last played, kind of shows a clearer picture now of the main premise of this game... A lot more then it did before... Once you get past the prior v0.2 content, the game pretty much becomes a porn fest... With high resolution characters, and extremely short sexual animations for the erotic events... They don't last long at all... As the story progresses, that is pretty much all that keeps happening, lots of choices for engaging in sex encounters or watching sex encounters, or setting up for sexual encounters...

In essence, the crazy introduction to the story elements is pretty on par with the whole games premise anyway... The intro doesn't need to be deep because the story/plot isn't deep or very meaningful anyhow... And since no character is related by blood now, it's pretty much just back to back sex, with whomever, as tiny bits of plot movement, chugs along... You witness a rape scene between the alien commander and the prisoner, you have sex with the cyborg, the step daughters, and so on... You watch the fat man get his penis larger through chemistry... It's just one big meaningless porn fest with just a tiny bit of plot to string you along from one sex encounter to another...

There is now a new feature to turn off the Netorare scenes, but the game still allows the protagonist to just have sex willy-nilly, so not sure if it even matters much anymore... All the former family characters have completely new personalities, as they are basically brainwashed into thinking they are different people now... And I mean completely different personalities... Don't go into this game thinking it's going to have this in depth story, even though it has a small amount of plot... No real reason for me to keep playing it, unless I want to get my jollies...

Forgotten paradise is in so early phase of development that it is hard to give accurate rating. So far we can see some promise in this project. Couse most if not all characters are presented at the start. Wife and 2 doughters.. on board of a ship with memories of family members wiped out.. It is possible for little or much NTR.. than again I hope that It will be possible to choose who we should rescue. I mean there are aliens, robots etc. Which can destroy some characters. That way I hope to rescue at the verly least my doughters from tragic fate of some alien's toy. It would be great if that was possible. Then again use my memories as a family to seduce my family members so they will have less and less interactions with male part of participants of this experiment. If I get to be careful enough then I will keep them safe(whole family) and have some fun at the same time. If I'm not then all things will go to the gutter and this ship will go up in smoke or me, MC will die.

Art 8,5: as you open the game you will get pretty pleased cause you can see 2 things: all the character that will have a role into the game, dressed and naked if you put the pointer on them (THAT BUSH! :OhMyGoodness & you will see a completely personalized renpy's HUD. The models are rich in forms, details and expressions, but some poses are not that good (like the MC on the couch, i feel the neck pain for him ). Same goes for the backgrounds, some are good some are not so good, it depends on what the dev had available.For what i can see that game will benefit immensely from more complex animations, but that is just an hope for the future.

Story 7/10: As usual, for me, the story is the main focus of a game & i have to admit that we have a pretty good set up. We have the porn, we have the "family time", we have the drama, the mistery & ALIENS! (plus some easter eggs ). The only thing that i didn't like is that it feels a little rushed & we miss some background on the 4 main characters, to be more clear they could have been explored a little more before go into the ship. i just hope that we will have it in the future updates.

sound 4/10: we have a little spacey (no homo:tf tune at the begging that is pretty nice & is perfect for the theme, but the rest is as mute as a fish.

overall 5/10:I use the usual scale, even if the game is good it cannot pass the exam if it's only 5 minutes game play. But we have a catchy story plus aliens, androids, demons?, milfs, teens & some other weirdos that will entangle in a porn version free for all where, like we say in Italy: in tempo di guerra ogni buco è trincea (literally: in time of war every hole is a trench) if-you-know-what-i-mean.

Another game that goes under the list "must follow"
