Last time I checked savefiles were the same for Android and PC. On my android the save files location is Androind/data/installed apps/fet.start/files/saves.
I once play and delete the game,after redownload the save is gone,will tried to find it,

Kind of depends , Book 5 will be the last part of the game but will it all be in one update? Probably not. It is supposed to be shorter so it is possible.

The only things that matter are respect (talk to council), affection (kill mooselions) and number of times you let her walk in public. I think in your case it's the public walking that hasn't reached a certain number.
