The official. I played the version here before KG even announced their release, and it read like 70% unedited MTL to me.

There was actually a proper translation released after the MTL, which to answer the original question I don't remember being any worse, but I do remember there was the very occasional line untranslated so the official is probably more polished
And how exactly do i get him out of jail? i talked both to the thief and daughter and i don't know how to continue.

Someone should correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember that regular mobs will not rape the girls until they lose their virginity in a Boss Battle loss scene (battles marked by a Heart Balloon). And I think it's a specific boss for each girl being the first possible instance (I think Selena was the Azzuro Gang Rape in the forest, and Lisa was the Porn Filming in the College).
As for fastest way to gain perversion, I think it's to pick a girl and play as her at night, slutting it up like no tomorrow.

You can penetrate one of them (highest affection) when you get to the final city Monicabel and unlock the ability to stay at the Inn.
