why am i not getting the singel girl endings? i got the harem ending on my first playthough idk how to get the single ending

If it genuinely is your first playthrough from a clean save, then the game is really broken. The harem ending shouldn't even be available until new game+
I think the game is broken, because I also continued into NG+, and there, come the boat sequence, I had both Serena and Lisa at the same affection level (130 or so—I got it extra high with consumables to make sure), but I didn't get a special scene: the game defaulted to Lisa being the one to confess to me.
wait your surpose to get sceene with both at the boat?? i had both girls at 150 each and got 1 girl only which was Lisa so tehre surpose be CG for both them talking to you at the boat? so how do i fix it?
That’s what others were saying, anyway (only in New Game+, though, after you’ve beaten the game once). I don’t know what’s wrong—I think the version uploaded to f95 is just bugged somehow.

I think there's a misunderstanding here. The harem scene is an ending scene. The requirements are to be on NG+, entering the boat to Monicabel with equal affection on both girls (I'm not actually sure about this one, I'd need to look at the code), and not having the girls be whored out. You then get a choice near the end.
Except I got that ending threesome scene on my first play-through, with affection skewing towards Lisa. I couldn’t interact with Serena anymore past the boat and still got the “harem” ending. Actually, I made a save and tried to select the non-harem ending, and it still showed me the threesome scene despite my choice. Moreover, there were people talking about a double-confession on the boat, and I never saw that, not on NG or NG+, so I really do think something is wrong.
i actually got lisa and Serinas seprate endings 1 girl your not going for has be below like 60 and the girl you want needs be over 60 affection i got lisas ending then i played aagain in new game plus and got serianas ending making 1 higher then 60 and i know how harem thing works you need both girls over max affection to get harem ending but maybe its not bug and you guys are mistaken cause at the end you get scene and goes into harem and you cant fuck the girl whos not your girlfriend cause it wolud be cheating but there thing called fools bouze to cheat with the other girl and if there is double confession on the boat wouldent CG be in the gallory?
cause it would make no sense that they would both confess on the boat when here there asknig him to pick between them at the end of the game which results in him chooseing both

The heroine is the ancestor of the main heroine in this game, and you even get to inherit her sword
if you mean house to find that thief guy forest is in town called Bazzer or whatever the town you meet that biker guy you escort through the forest that forest the house is on the top right keep going that way till u see a entrance to antoher area
