I just got it while in a fight at the factory quite early in the game, is the cause known?
hmmm I somehow got rid of it.
I went into the items section and enabled animations but disabled the map portraits. After that I went into a fight won it and the picture wasnt there anymore.
But Im still not quite sure if that does it

NTR games really don't mix well with silly comedy tones like this. The entire game is just memes and jokes, so there is literally no weight at all to anything that is happening, including the supposed NTR.

The AV shop is one row of buildings up from the bottom-most row, first door to the right of the central vertical street. It's locked during the day, and only opens at night.
