Weird as it may sound initially, I don't really care about the NTR aspect of NTR games. But the genre usually goes hand in hand with a lot of other things I do care about, mainly non-vanilla sex, corruption, prostitution and so on.

Basically, the less attention given to the cuck and the more attention given to the girls' situations, the better.

NTR is very polarizing. Since people almost always love it or hate it, it tends to overshadow everything else about a game or visual novel. It's great when they include a non-NTR route, which this does, even if it gets less screen time.

It is easy to make any of the 2 girls pregnant if they have at least 40 in perversion.
- You go to Argento's hotel, choose your girl, interact with her in the room and choose 'play as [her]' then go to the brothel of Argento. After the f*ck scene, she get creampied and go to bed immediately. She may be pregnant if there is no vagina condom in your inventory.

I have to say that the pregnant stuff is limited to 'go to the hospital and be treated'.
(The ennemies can still harass and rape her while pregnant, which is the only real difference with the non pregnant version.)

That's not much to go on. Have you tried running both the stand alone exe and the in-browser html file?

My guess is that a file didn't extract correctly, but I'm not sure which one.

The only advice that I have is to try extracting it again. Other than that, you'd need to open up the developer console in your browser (F12 in Firefox, not sure about others) and read what the errors are.

One of the slimes in the classroom should have an exclamation point over its head (middle row left side IIRC). If there isn't an exclamation point, you might have started the quest already. Anyway, you need to wait for night, then go to the AV store (just right of the swinger bar), where you'll obtain the video and get some affection points with Lisa. Then, return to the slime during the day.

3. Is there an endings guide?

So far
Serena/Lisa Ending, go on the boat from the desert city with either having Serena/Lisa more affection points then the other.
NTR/Romance End, for NTR just in the last city go with the choosen Heroine often enough into the Brothel there, for Romance Ending just refrain from doing that.
Harem End go play through the game once (with a romance end maybe) and then choose NG+ then you should be able to choose on the boat both.
