Quick question so how avoidable is the NTR? It sounds like if I lose with girls in my party they'll get raped. However, can I just remove them from my party so if I lose they don't get raped? Or are they permanently in my party as soon as I unlock them?

Few more weeks probably. Common events took much longer than expected because they're much denser than the rest of the game.
There is literally a harem route, you get too fuck side charterers and you get the main girl pregnant in the end , you can fuck the girl you didnt choose, and you get to end the day with 3 sex options. there is more then enough scenes if you arnt interested in ntr even if there are more scenes of it.
Just dont lose any boss fights and buy the equipment and youll never see it

Hey there! I can't link you to a walkthrough, but I'd suggest waiting a few more weeks before trying the game out. Bolt237 is working on a fan translation and playing with a complete translation will be a much better experience.
The translation could also help you understand what you need to do better, so that you wouldn't need a walkthrough.
If instead you're looking for the standard RPGM controls, they are:
-Arrow Keys to move around
-Z to interact/progress conversations
-X to to exit/go back/cancel
-Shift to run
-Ctrl to skip text(sometimes disabled, sometimes it's a different button)
Newer versions of RPGM also support mouse controls, but not all games have that option enabled.
