OK let's make one thing clear: The changes are this is the Uncensored version and the EN-Translated version as well.
I know it has an EN translation made by DLSite but I don't know if the translation is different or not.
Therefore, I will say this is just an Uncensored Version that's all.

I really don´t get it why Japanese people especially seems to love this fat ugly bastard shit so much? I mean do they really think that this is the main audience for erotic/porn games because I have some news it´s actually not. So many porn games are just ruined because the character i´m forced to play is literally as disgusting as possible on the inside as well as the outside.
And here are tons of people in the reviews putting that pig on some kinda pedestal as if that shit is the greatest character to ever be created.

Because Ugly Bastard (also Orc and its subsidiaries) is basically a humiliation kink: A fairly good looking woman getting dicked by a low status 54-year old janitor instead of an attractive and caring early 20s millionaire. It's why they're often coupled with the 'rape' tag because it's more or less the same target audience.

Not my choice of MC either, but there you have it. I would imagine if the MC was super attractive and successful he wouldn't need a plot device to force people to have sex with him.

Nah, I do care a lot about that.

As for this game, I could accept the MC because his face is cut off by dark shade (which kind allows for self-insertion regarding the MC) and he isn't too digusting.

But if I had to play a really disgusting old man who makes a dumb face all the time with yellow-brownish teeth, leftover food and tons of furring on his tongue, while you see his yellow long 'n' hard toenails down there on his deformed feet, next to the tits of the girl, I would hard ALT + F4 that game.

You can definitely overstep the mark. Where that mark is, might be individual for everyone. For me, this MC was acceptable. With his shirt on he even looks somewhat well built as if he was hitting the gym on the regular.
