Because Ugly Bastard (also Orc and its subsidiaries) is basically a humiliation kink: A fairly good looking woman getting dicked by a low status 54-year old janitor instead of an attractive and caring early 20s millionaire. It's why they're often coupled with the 'rape' tag because it's more or less the same target audience.
Not my choice of MC either, but there you have it. I would imagine if the MC was super attractive and successful he wouldn't need a plot device to force people to have sex with him.

As for this game, I could accept the MC because his face is cut off by dark shade (which kind allows for self-insertion regarding the MC) and he isn't too digusting.
But if I had to play a really disgusting old man who makes a dumb face all the time with yellow-brownish teeth, leftover food and tons of furring on his tongue, while you see his yellow long 'n' hard toenails down there on his deformed feet, next to the tits of the girl, I would hard ALT + F4 that game.
You can definitely overstep the mark. Where that mark is, might be individual for everyone. For me, this MC was acceptable. With his shirt on he even looks somewhat well built as if he was hitting the gym on the regular.
As fat ugly bastard myself, this is the kind of game I like. But I don't like the poo poo. So...

9 is found sporadically in the park during her described days.
30 was confusing for me, she's under the green canopy beside the bank on her days.
i think i meet 9 with two childrens before i don`t use thicket and she was gone forever there are some subtle bugs still left i think.
