It didn't make me LoL like her throwing Karina into the "girlfriend hijinks" - seriously i woke my parents in the middle of night because of that - but yes, it was most entertaning and i'm most curious about how things will turn out from the cliffhanger, if MC manages to hide, if not what Karina's reactions might be (as i get something of both crush and a competitive thing with Leah from her relation with the MC).
I can understand it's your preference, but doesn't really fit much with the story so far, considering Allie is ok with them both being poliamorous and prety much suggested it. So far at least - her silence after the MC telling he would sleep at Leah could be a hint of jealousy and that she might want some exclusivity in the future.
Or that she wanted to join for another threesome.
My theory is that she's getting really friendly with Hailey and by staying on Leah missed a thresome with them.
Or an inside joke between them and that the couple is much friskier than their kids might imagine.

It's actually easy to understand what's going on with Alice, Leah and Mel. Lets face facts, we've been playing a Harem game in reverse. We've had the MC having sex with everything with a vag in this game (or heading that way with some of the newer characters) since the beginning and now the 3 main girls are getting to that point where they aren't happy being just one of many anymore.
I still say the ending is going to be a choice. If you had some vague hope that the ending was going to be "And they all fucked and lived happily ever after" I have news for you.
Alice is being weird probably because she is hating herself for saying you could sleep with other girls and doesn't want to go back on that and have your character get mad at her. She seems that she'd be self doubting that way. Not to mention I have this sneaking suspicion she stopped sleeping with Leah quite a while ago.
Both Leah and Melody are going from "Just having fun" to acting romantic towards the MC, which means they each are reaching that point where they aren't going to want to share any more.
The Aunt and Karina both feel like distractions more than real love interests.

I fully agree with you but imho the choice will come in at least 3 updates. That's the time needed to get some action with Karina and Haley.
