Yeah, as annoying as Leah is in the main game, and how completely inconsistent with her character her ending is, it doesn't hold a candle to the epic dumpster fire that is Alice's ending. Consider yourself warned.

None for the most part, depending on who you end up with it can happen at the end.
The Aunt ending has a pregnant sex scene, and one of the other endings mentions pregnancy, but i don't remember anything else.
Melody. She definitely has pregnant sex scene in solo ending.
You can focus on the girls individually. Just do whatever you want and near the end you'll get a choice to choose who you want to be with. A single girl of all of them.
