iirc, they switched to blender and had to basically re-do everything while trying to maintain the same art style the game had in daz.

I work in blender as my job in 3d asset design. It certainly wouldn't take that long, at all, to get that style. Still. It is what it is, I suppose.

Last I saw a report they were planning 3 games (This one, a fantasy game and one that were no details at the time) at the same time, lol, in case you were hoping for shorter dev cycles.
They sold 500K+ copies on Steam. Not only I don't understand the meteoric rise in popularity of this mostly average game, but it seems to have happened to people that have zero respect and appreciation for it.

Season 2 includes all Season 1 episodes hence the large file size, so I've got no idea why they labeled this thing as season 2. I guess they wanted to confuse people for shits and giggles.

Thats nice Mike, but it doesn't change the fact that here, they have separate downloads listed, even though the season 2 DL is everything. Also, the Season 1 download is just called "Beta" with no version, and its 12GB.
