VN - Ren'Py - FreshWomen [S2 Ep.3 Part 2] [OppaiMan]

I decided to give FreshWomen a try. I usually wait to play new games 0.1 releases, for both to get more content & in case the developer suddenly goes missing-in-action after the 0.1/first release, but this one had a lot buzz in thread for a game's first release.

A very sizable first release a hour worth, give or take of playing. The game's renders are very visually pleasing with some beautiful well-endowed curvy women. The Developer is true to his name as Oppai-Man (Oppai meaning "Breasts" in Japanese). I used the Walkthrough Mod & Non-Analytics patch, with no error issues there. MC is rather plain looking (to me), but he's not bad, wasn't annoying. Has amnesia, but he's not a complete lost cause.

The main plot needs to develop more to establish a stronger identity of what's the story is all about. Instead of just being another visual novel game where the protagonist has amnesia and a mysteriously missing father and protagonist is intimately pursuing multiple women who may or may not have some involvement with the unknown status of his father. Some comedic moments, dialogue wasn't overly-wordy/drawn out. Yet there was one too many "just a wet-dream"/"sexual fantasizing" sex scenes of the MC thinking about one of the girls, which is a frustrating tease for players and would make the actual intimacy with the love interests less rewarding. But the actual sex scenes were great. There's a "find the hidden magazine" mini-game feature, finding special renders, i personally can do without a such feature, just focus on the story and characters.

So far, so good for a first release.

Awesome models and graphics. Each character has a unique design that fits their backstories. Although, they all have a thicc ass, thicc thighs, or big tits (not complaining). There is one character who does not fit this description but has other attributes making them interesting.

Although this early on in the story the choices did not seem to have much of an affect on the gameplay. However, this is likely to make a more significant difference in the later realise. There is a story going on that might be good but could also turn out really poor and depends on the future execution.

However, the game has comedy in it that can make you laugh and overall I hope the jokes keep coming and might get though developed though out.

Love the models, chicks are really hot and the story seems promising. Already on my top list, I really want to look forward into it. I just wish it was longer haha content is more than enough for being a first episode. Keep up the good work!

Pros: Some of the best writing I've seen in a porn game, caught me off guard with the humour. Amazing renders alsom the girls are incredibly hot.

Cons: The girls/story don't feel that unique at the moment (but it is very early on) and un-animated sex scenes.

This is in my top tier of new games that I'm excited to see where they go!

I found this just mediocre. Story is a slightly disjointed mixture of over the top: tragic father disappearing mystery, lightning strike (!?); and slightly boring standard adult visual novel fare (college style). Art is good (but I personally find the anatomically monstrous MILF types off-putting). Music is OK. I was not impressed by the writing, and found MC and LIs not particularly interesting or relatable.

I can only recommend to give this game a try:
- High quality graphics
- Pretty girls
- Interesting story ("stayed for the plot")
- similar to BADIK
- one of the few games where I eagerly wait for updates

Fantastic art, very interesting story and gameplay. It certainly takes a lot of inspiration from BaD, which I believe is quite a good sign since that game is among the best ones around. Really looking forward for the next releases.

Amazing Episode 1!!!

The game is still very early, but the quality is mind-blowing for first release but its not like it's not expected [Oppai FTW].
I can't wait to see what's in store next!

There are good graphics, a possibly interesting story if it stops trying to pack too much in too soon .

Perhaps my rating is too low but I really detest the analytics thing and balloon tits and bums in an otherwise "realistic" graphic setting.

Characters are great. I appreciate a little bit of lewd right off the bat but typically prefer a slow pace. I hope the story is the biggest focus and the erotic stuff fits accordingly rather than pasted just to please impatient players. Good luck on your project I'll definitely come back for the next update.

amazing! love how the story progress. the mystery behind MC's father and all the characters really got me intrigue. not some cliche bang all the women and girls that kind of stuff. love the render. beautifully done for each scene. the detailing on the background, obviously dev team putting a lot of effort to create each scene. well done. love the girls. dialogue are realistic with a little bit humor well place. looking forward for the next update! definitely going to follow this one.

I normally do not review games so soon after first release, but since the dev spend 11 months before first release, I decided to give it a go and there is enough content to leave a review.

So I really enjoyed the game so far, but it still feels like an introduction to more to come.

So all in all a very nice rounded start to the game. I can definitely see the influence of DRPC's game in here and it's not a bad thing. It's more in terms of UI, so for me that's a plus.

All in all a very promising start. If the story and game continues to build on a very solid start, it can become one of the best games on the site.

Although there are plenty of content for a first release, it's still early days. I could not bring myself to give it 5 stars yet. But a very good 4 stars from me. If the next 2 or 3 upgrades deliver, I will be upgrading my rating to 5 stars.

So I upgraded the game to 5 stars.

Was really a no brainer. I played 2 subsequent updates and I'm in love with the game.

10 minutes into this game , and... as a simple man, i just love the hot women. I like the shape of them with their exotic touch. Excellent renders

The writing is light and humor, which is my preference for these adult game. A bit cliche with the amnesic Mc, but i look pass it.

I was surprised how good the story was as it's based upon the "moving to the big city" trope & it wasn't cliche at all but a totally fresh experience that I wasn't expecting. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Final Thoughts
FreshWomen is damn near perfect. It's one of the few rare games that actually have a great soundtrack that actually fits. It's a great VN that's off to an amazing start with massive potential to be something special when it's completed down the line. It's so hard to find something to criticize or find something wrong but I couldn't find anything besides the odd spelling errors & some awkward dialog. I'll definitely be looking forward to new updates!

It's ok. The game is competently made, the designs are good, the renders look good, the editing is solid and well punctuated by the soundtrack and sound effects. It's the writing that's not really there.

It's a very cliched motiff for a story, so something to set it apart from other stories in this genre would be good. The character interections all feel a bit off, like they're trying harder to characterize themselves to the player than trying to properly converse with the player character. This ends up having them feel a little one note.

Frustrated wife, nerdy girl-next-door, powerful boss lady, high energy, cold girl that will eventually warm up to you. Having those characters is fine, but some nuance in their characterization would be nice. This would also fix some weird dialogue problems.

All in all, the game is promissing enough, it just has some stuff to work out first

So far, so great. The story isn't special, but nothing of the trashy "Young man living in a house full of whores"-style. The renders are almost perfect, top tier. Unfortunately, there aren't any animated scenes.. this is something I require for a 5 star-rating. I will follow the game development anyway, very curious.

Great job so far!

Top class renders, a wide variety of interesting girls and an enjoyable mechanic that asks you to rate each girl you meet in a different way - it feels like your choices are important and might lead to something in the future. The story has some mystery elements and plenty of choices that are clearly registered by the game and will hopefully lead to diverging paths in the future. I loved the first episode and can't wait for more.

PROS:
- Best renders of any game of it's type
- Models are all unique and act different

CONS
- H scenes are NOT animated
- Choices literally don't do anything.
- Forced sex scenes, feels like I am being raped. gtf off my cock I don't even know who you are!!!
- Very minor grammatical mistakes.
