I don't remember which path it is, I think the "dark route" (something like that, maybe not dark-dark, only "a little"?). I don't remember exactly.
It is not actually the dark path, although it might seem as such. You have to talk nice to her (Ashe) at the bar and when you are at the alley when you kiss her, do not back away, you go ahead and get under her skirt, now you should call her something dirty/demeaning (if you do this, you can make her cum later at your apartment), if you have been nice to her up until now there will not be an option to rape her, instead she will willingly give you a blowjob and during the blowjob Mason wakes up.
As a side note. Ashe is really kinky if you pay attention, so you treat her nicely as stated before but, in the alley, you talk dirty to her and at your apartment you choke or slap her and roleplay incest with her and lo and behold you just made her cum.

I played through Chapter 3 over the weekend and I wanted to give my thoughts because I'm afraid it was a real disappointment for me. I'm not a fan of corruption so I was mostly playing this game for the the 'nice guy' options. I thought the first two chapters did a very good job making those options feel viable. This time even the non-abusive choices fell flat for me; it really felt like I was playing the game 'wrong.'
I'll put the more detailed thoughts in spoilers, just in case.
There's definitely stuff to build on, so hopefully Chapter 4 will realize that potential.
tl;dr This chapter didn't work well for my preferred playstyle, and I think Nicki's path was rushed.

Sorry it didn't quite hit for you. I don't want to get too detailed in my replies, because I think some of this is just kind of a taste/preference thing as you said, and may not be reconcilable. But, I'll try to do some lightning-round explanations.

A reaction I seem to get a lot is that just because FiN offers a lot of options, people seem to want it to offer all the options. This isn't necessarily addressed to anyone in particular, and I'm not irritated or anything - but this is just something I've noticed. I get a lot of reviews that are basically, "Well, that's not what I'd have done in that situation, so I wish my character would [X], [Y], or [Z] - because that's what I'd like to do in that situation."
I do my best, but I can only reasonably complete so much content, covering so many people's anticipated playstyles, in a relatively small window of time - while also having a life and full-time job. As much as I'd love to include an entirely separate path where, I dunno, you take Mason and get coffee, or bring Gabby shopping just as a friend, or personally escort Madison up to bed, it's not super feasible. Those are all events that nearly made it into the chapter, and got cut. Not just because they'd have added another 100 renders and god knows how much code, but also because each of those decisions creates another branch of the plot, which needs to either continue on its own, or merge back into an existing branch.
Right now, (in the un-patched game) you can romance Gabby and bring her shopping with you, romance Gabby and not bring her shopping, or be friends with Gabby and not bring her shopping. So, next time she shows up, I need to write around versions of her, that did all those things. That means a romanced Gabby that knows Guy and Viola know each other and Guy bought new clothes for, a romanced Gabby that doesn't know and didn't get new clothes, and a friend Gabby that doesn't know Guy and Viola know each other, and didn't get new clothes. To say nothing of what that means for Madison or Viola, who each have their own relationships with MC and Gabby.
If I introduced a special event for players that only want to pursue Gabby as a friend, then the easiest path is just bringing her along to the store. Which seems reasonable - but, now I have to write and render an entirely separate scene, where Gabby and MC aren't romantically involved. That means another 20 renders to make a new scene, which means a few hours to pose that scene, roughly four hours of running my PC to create those renders, a couple hours to write and code that scene, and some playtesting to make sure it doesn't break anything, or ruin future plots. Even if I can pull it off just by using spot/partial renders and not making any entirely new renders, there's still a significant time investment being made, for paths that the majority of players won't use.
Again, this isn't a critique of anyone's critique, but it seems to be a common complaint, which I don't really see as much in games where the options are basically: "Sleep with her and get a scene," or "Don't sleep with her and move to the scene you'd normally get after the sex scene."
Also, worth noting that not all chapters will have an equal distribution of good/evil options. This one was weighted a little more towards the latter, but that'll change based on where the characters are at during the window of time that chapter takes place in. Next chapter is pretty evenly divided.
The devil is in the detail my friend. It is called a taboo patch, not an incest patch. While at some point in the future there will be incest, right now that patch gets you access to some other content such as rape as far as I remember.i don't get something .... why the incest patch ...... no one is related so far , to the MC to fuck

NeonGhosts, I think you're doing great. It's just that if you go deep and create a lot of forks, you can make a game like Long Story Short, where there are so many ways that you don't know the right thing to do in the right situation to make progress in the relationship. Speaking in simple, it would be great if you could just stay friends with each of the girls in your game so you could pick one of them at the end . Although I understand how difficult that would be to accomplish, the combination of warm feelings for Gabby and her mother simultaneously puts you in a quandary. Wouldn't it have been easier to make some sort of loop in the two options at once to prevent numerous problems in the future? Why am I writing all this? I just want to watch more of the development of the plot and the life of the main character, rather than the many plot loops leading nowhere.

My two cents. It is funny to me how I get better romance in a VN about rape and such taboos than in the myriad other romance VNs on this site. I don't doubt that there are some inconsistencies on certain routes, although I haven't seen them as I have been anything but chaste. Also, if you are rolling with the taboo patch and lowered her age, the least of your problems is her mom finding out.
