comfortable with Daz until Chapter 3 of FiN. And I don't think I was very good at it until Chapter Four. Honestly, if you want to pick it up again I'd just download some free HDRIs from

of standing poses (because it's huge and flexible in use), and experiment with posing and lighting characters. Once you can do that, you've got Daz 90% figured out.

The other 10% is just stuff like experimenting with ghost lights, camera depth of field, using shaders, etc.
I'm kind of thinking that if I do voices, it'll probably be something like.. The first time the character appears, you'll get a little snippet of conversation. Just enough to establish the voice. And yeah, I'm honestly not a huuuuge fan of music/SFX/voices in VNs, but I think it's something that, if implemented well, definitely adds another level of polish/production value to a game.
And as for the real-life Viola, she matches her fictional counterpart in being profoundly good-natured and endearing.
