I believe you were referring to the scene in the kitchen and that one is indeed unsatisfying and even feels like censored. The other one in the bedroom, however, can really get nasty and I suspect will bring some consequences to MC.

Btw, i see an alternative blowjob in files (rough game where you block her head with your feet) and i've no idea how to trigger this scene. there is if you used the patch, patch gives you the option for the MC to play this game on a much darker way. I'm personally gonna uninstall the patch just was curious so skipped dialogue just to see as I was curious

you can just not use dark options
patch unlock some other things too beside dark path, like incest play with Ashe or custom ages for some girls
