I really appreciate the long and in depth response. And I agree that the categorization or putting things in neat little boxes with tags on them like "tomboy" or "futa" makes things easier to understand. But it was the ambiguity that piqued my interest and hence my questions that you answered with lots of food for thought so thank you.
On the topic of Nicki's makeup, I do know quite a few women who would go without during the day and only put on makeup for special occasions. That may be very much a cultural thing or even a generational one (is that even a word?). I have noticed that women in their I'd say mid teens to early 30s tend to wear more makeup nowadays than let's say 30 years ago. I did not read too much into.
As for the typical boy box and the treatment of those that don't fit into that box ... I suppose it may be again something similar. When I grew up there were sporty types and bookish types among boys but no one would call the latter "gay" for not measuring up to the ideal boy. No, you would not pick them for your team and yes, you would make a bit of fun of them but no one would question their orientation. Well,we would also never question whether they got laid because it was crystal clear that that wasn't going to happen, but I digress.
Anyways, I like the game a lot even though I do shun the dark parts. I like a lot how seemingly stereotypical blonde bimbos get a lot of background story and motivation for what they are doing. Life is not black and white and neither are the the people that we are interacting with.
