"To fix" is not the correct term ... it isn't a simple stat to be changed. The dev has to create new content ... and this game is huge with more than 1700 scenes (according to the html), so it will take some time, probably years, to go through all these events and add female variations of texts, images and videos.
The Alicia lesbian path has a lot of female content as mentioned above.

The html is ca 5 MB, the images are ca 1 GB. The differences to last version are mostly coding and ca 30 MB images. Players who just want to play the newest version can probably use the new html with the old image folder and just miss a few images depending on their route.
I think it is only Downtown where there is no link back to Town.
Go back to the Main Street of the City where Miss Winter is located.
To get the car working, you need the keys, pick up the car, get the fuel, refill the car, ...
After that the car is working fine for me ...
Not all of the minor locations have links to use the car but the main hubs have : Town, City and Village.
