I have the Maria quest to explore the city at night, but she is no where to be found and nothing I see to progress this questline

Ok, I think I've found the bug. if you unlocked Downtown through Ivy's storyline before doing Marie's you'll get locked out. The easiest fix is to set "downtown_unlock" to 0 in the console or with a save editor and then going downtown at night. Or if you send me your save file I can do it for you.

Are the mobile and PC versions the same? It was generally written when the version was not the same.
