God damn, that’s an absolutely amazing amount of work Dogson has been able complete pretty much alone. Glad that whole SDF debacle is finally over.

Try watching the dev log, skipping to where they’re showing animation engine off if you aren’t interested in the technical background. It’s really worth a look. The soft body simulations are out of this world compared to what you get in most other 3D porn.

IMO, this is absolutely worth the wait. It’s sad but understandable most coomers don’t have the patience to support a project that’s as technically impressive as this. As both, artist and a software dec I’m really rooting for them.

Hi all!
Proud to share our latest dev log demonstrating interactions in FurryVNE.
Please upvote the public entries (see further down). We're struggling financially so any extra publicity we can get is helpful.

Dev log pretty much met my expectations, it's basically same as it was in YL1, but with some extra cool features.
And also a timeline, keyframe editing, that you can see similar in pretty much in all 3D animation software.
Which is good that the old familiar features from YL1 would still be there with addition of manual keyframe animaton.

And of course all the visual stuff with soft bodies, body collisions and such are looking good.
They did not tell when is the release date, but i didn't expect them to, since they never release stuff in time anyways.

All in all, personally I'm satisfied with what i saw in this dev log. But it will probably still take a lot of time before release, now i just hope it will at least be this year.

This time we have actual video of the features, though. Which means we're very, very close (I mean a matter of weeks or a couple months).
*Weeks* away is perhaps a bit optimistic. Based on the features they still have left before the full release, I would be very pleasantly surprised if we see v1.0 before the end of the year.

I was about to say that I we might see another beta build demoing interactions before then, but then I remembered that they need to implement cloud hashing and cashing of models to store the soft body data. Releasing interactions without that would pretty much break the current character sharing features, and they probably don’t wanna do that. This means we’re looking at at least cloud cashing, misc bug fixes, and most likely also the interaction browser as well as the stuff that needs to be completed before next beta release. Also counting upcoming summer holidays, I wouldn’t bet on anything earlier than November at the earliest :)

That's assuming they haven't been working on those things in the background, which would explain why updates have little content when there are updates

Still going to take more than a few weeks though, for sure

Of course, if I'm wrong, feel free to link back to this and laugh at me :)

Lol, I can't believe you've kept track all this time. I'll join as well, betting on late november/early december.

The problem with that long-terms of game Is that they kinda pretty fast getting old,Y1 was not bad but after UE5 Its old pretty fast, bet or not but Its take way more time that the devs itself give,4 years for a (right) version? they could do as It has been In Y1 and just develop In the meanwhile but I gusse they fear some ppl drop the donations on patreon I wish them best, but to be honest Im not that much Into It anymore after those years of waiting, especial I find a gf actually and I wont have time on this game until that.

But I do hope at the end of this year we get what we waiting for.

edit:But yea they at least do a good work on that I can see on the dev logs they care and Its more about getting to near perfection this game rather than a "milk" I was not wrong about the devs when I wish them earn so much faken money.
