he uses koikatsu to create the characters and charastudio to make the scenes i think

Every floor is segregated physically, but the gallery is often one floor behind, so if floor 5 is being worked on, the gallery is up to floor 6. You can subscribe on patreon and watch the gameplay though.

If I could, I would have subscribed to Patreon a long time ago, but unfortunately, I'm very limited in finances. Well, thanks for the answer. I can only hope that NinjaHead will one day be uploaded to the 5th floor of the free access to the gallery ; I only have floors 8 through 6.5 there for now.
