It's pretty simple. Just uncheck the boxes on the upper corner then search for the variables you want to change, they have the same names as the stats ingame.

If u talk to the girl in the gym at left a couple times, you have the option to have sex with her. in the dialogue she says her dick is "only 9 inches"

Rye is 60% done with Demetria being half done, though the update track will be Rye then Claudia. They also have a new artist doing bits and pieces for them though I wouldnt say its as good as the original art but personal thing.
And as mentioned last page or so ago part 2 of Ryes WIPs (work in progress) have out on patreon since the 1st of Jan, just nobodies released it here yet

if they dont release rye by next week , we have to wait another month, cause they only comunicate the first of every month
