Dang, creeping up on a year now with no news. This really had a chance to be one of the big 3 of futa-protag games.

If you do the game search with 'futa-protagonist' and sort by rating (https://f95zone.to/sam/latest_alpha/#/cat=games/page=1/tags=2255/sort=rating) you'll see what the consensus (which I agree with) is, Eruption Imminent, and Having a Hard Time. After that it gets a lot harder to determine, though Instinct Unleashed has been really consistent and solid for awhile.

For the search, I'd put in exclude tags for male and female protagonists as well (though that does cut out Having a Hard Time, because of...reasons).

Tower of Dreams is one I think could be a contender, but updates take awhile. There's more beyond that, but a lot comes down to preference. Unveiling the Unknown is worth checking out, but there's actual game mechanics attached, so it might not work for everyone. I tend to stick to Ren'Py, so don't know if there are some hidden gems beyond that.
