Futa does not equal troon. It is in the name, futanari, futa meaning two nari meaning form(if written with the kanji for kei) or being. A futa has both genitals, not just a dick. Trannies have just dicks. Using the term futa for tranny porn is just off.

Sorry to say, I don't think you have diversity of expressions when referring to trans people in general, ironically enough. Gotta suck it up and just say "trans" instead of "troon" or "tranny".

Although in this case you could say "trans women" as well
