Have you tried to make path to the game folder shorter? It's pretty long, and that could be a reason. It's actually was the reason in my case.

Just in case try to download again and make the path shorter. Some files might be missing\or unavailable because of the path being too long.

Lets clear things with this game.
For some reason using "locale emulator" is not enough.
You need to manually change your PC language to japanese, install the game and only after bring back your original locale(keyboard language).
The game will work normally as it seems after this actions.

Here is the problem and fix (as found by FeLisk in the quote) for the errors.
A lot of files have names in Japanese kana & kanji which your system cannot deal with during unzipping when your system locale is not Japanese.
When you unzip in a non-Japanese locale the names become a scrabbled mess as follows (as example)
Zipped: ふたなり錬金術師.jpg -> unzipped in non Japanese locale: asr65214yfs.jpg (the name is weirder than this, but you get the point)
So when the game looks for the file:
Looks for ふたなり錬金術師.jpg -> doesnt exist/doesnt recognize asr65214yfs.jpg -> Error

To solve this you have to unzip the files with your PC in Japanese system locale (this will require a restart), a link is below or otherwise look online.

Or just press Ctrl + E on winrar and select Japanese and the file names should be on Japanese instead of a bunch of gibberish.

I changed the system locale to Japanese a long time ago because I don't need to actually be set to anything else, and it's much more convenient as I play a fair amount of Japanese games. I also immediately shortened the game folder to something like "FA Triss" and set it in my "D:/Porn" folder because the original name was too long.
I have not experienced any of the issues in this thread. I suspect it's one of those two things that resolved all of the problem, as I see them suggested over and over.

Game has numerous missing files involving sex scenes and character sprites. Related to the Vampire Loli questline, or whatever it was called.

I had that issue as well, for me I just reloaded a save and the errors magically disappeared

I went a different route. Since the missing images literally weren't there...I just replaced them with the ones found in the Mosaic download. Unfortunately, the music's still missing so some scenes are literally incompletable.
