I'd assumed someone would have responded to your question before you tried CE, but all followers can be made to cost 0 if you just increase their relationship to 100, and I believe you can get 100 relationship instantly with them from the brainwash (squid?) item you get from one of the early quest. Would probably be best to just give yourself 100 of them and gift them to your followers instead of going increasing the sortie uses.

the only current translation is a partial translation that i think stops at 3.13. anything past that is all in japanese. so you and us all either wait for the official translation from the creator which he says he eventually plans to do or hope a group of fans make an official patch.

while we're on the subject, could someone point me to a save file with all CG's unlocked and enough points to max out all categories? i'm sure i've downloaded a completed save file before but it didn't have all CG's. i'd also be thankful if it saved me the burden of grinding points. thanks
