Meh, this is just another lesbian strap on simulator. The art is cute, but that's about all it's got going for it.
The battles feel very slow. Slay the spire has instant card feedback, and its really needed.

SO nothing new this update? Should have been smt like 0.35 in this case. Yk just to add a logic behind those ver. numbers so that just by looking at them we know if content has been added or just bugs and things getting reworked.
Maybe I missed smt though smn tells me but I don't think so. The quest telling me to resume my study seems to be on hold and all the side characters quests will be updated the next update.
Anyway, will be waiting for the next update. Sry if I seemed a bit anticlimatic, it's just 2 games I have been waiting for to be updated did the same, a rework without adding much content....
Now I gotta wait another 2-4 months for them to update lol.

The game seems to have two upcoming DLCson Steam:
One contains a "Powerful Attack Card", a "Powerful Rejuvenating Potion" and 3 extra potions.
The other has an infinite money and auto-win battle cheat.

None of these are pay to win. They are extra cards that will certainly help in combat, but none of them guarantee victory and the stats are balanced enough, but they're "extra" content.
The cheat code is just money, gallery unlocker, the option to skip the battles and a PDF Walkthrough. Also, the cheat codes were already in the game, we just added more features...
And just a correction, 3 DLCs have been added to our upcoming releases, not only 2

Personally, I don't think a game being single player (or indie) should prevent critique over paid-for convenience items - Dragon's Dogma 2 was a single-player game with consumable/convenience DLCs and was rightfully lambasted for it. See the user reviews for that below - it's not exactly a good look for DLCs to have that kind of stuff in my and other's opinions:

ROFL fucking paid gameplay DLC for a porn game. That is some strong desperation stink. Most games include easy mode shit for free, what's the rationale for trying to get people to pay extra for it?
Just to clear things up, there’s already an easy mode in the game for anyone who wants it. As for the DLCs, it’s totally optional and won’t impact the main game at all. If you don’t want it, no worries, but we will release them anyways.
Also, the DLCs haven’t been released yet, so there’s still plenty of time to make adjustments if enough feedback is given.
