But the game mode (sandbox) demanded me lots of work and I tried to make it nice (in atmosphere and background) and accessible with various options (look in Preferences), also there's some scenes exclusive in game mode.loli

But flipping off people who say that there's illegal content in the game isn't commendable. Rather it's an easy way to tell if the developer doesn't care that you get arrested for content they made.
Yes, it is. There's a filter for it (scat content is enabled by default, go to Preferences to change it), and often there's non-scat variations or just scat content skipped then. In this last release I even made it so a big story (Tamala ch.3) is now available without scat (but this story is only in full version, as there's other unavoidable unsafe content in it).
