On the patreon they're sending out a thing about keys again.

I'm pretty sure I backed $20 at one point, though it was so long ago I don't really remember. I remember filling out a form about where I wanted the key sent, but I never got anything.

Of course, I can't send them a message on the patreon telling them that (like they ask you to) because I'm not a patron anymore and havn't been for years, and you can't reply to their messages (or even read them in full) unless you're currently subscribed.

Well, I guess it doesn't matter in the end. I don't need a key when you can just download the game here.

I'm playing on steam. It's the latest version.

Even if I wasn't, this is just one example. Every fan in the game doesn't push you high enough for you to access the place you need to get to. It takes several tries for it to send you into space and allow you to proceed. Maybe there's a trick to it, but I don't remember seeing a tutorial on it or an obvious thing I can point to for why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Plus, I'm not stuck there, just can't get to the top fans in order to unlock the upgrade, the path I'm supposed to follow doesn't involve getting past those fans.

Maybe you can be a hero and reup the latest version for us?

Is there a way to get configure the jump height with cheat engine?
You can change any value in memory using cheat engine. The game must have either the max jump height or the base acceleration added to your character when you jump in memory somewhere. It'll just be extremely difficult to find since the value won't change.

I can find the jump activation by scanning for 0 when standing and 1 when in jump, than we can see where it writes to but I do not know how to go forward

I just want it for the fragment jumping puzzle in the earth level, cannot even do it with speed hack / slow down time.... :poop:

That's just for the bool determining if you're mid air or not, probably not for jump specifically. And since the value will be a constant, it'll probably be stored somewhere else in memory. You could the the disassembly, but that'll require knowledge in some decently advanced topics in programming.

I haven't gotten to this earth level yet, so I can't give you any tips on it. But if what you want is just to move around a specific level, might I suggest instead of trying to mess with the physics engine, trying to find a needle in a haystack, that you instead try finding your current position and change that instead (ie, a teleport hack)? It should be a lot easier since you can control the value itself. Though I would be careful about using the "value unchanged" filter, as the animations in game might slightly change your position.
