What did I miss? Doesn't seem to be any new content

I have the same problem, downloaded 5.5, but when I load from the end of my save from Version 5 , it just ends at the same place, no new content.
Does anyone have a solution ?

you have to restart..there is new content at the beginning..more story..more history....more images...and it i believe affects later content..so starting from a save some triggers do not exist or whatnot anymore

That's kind of the point. She plays a significant role in the MC's descent into madness. Although, to be fair, this update didn't have the precursors to insanity that were so well written in the previous versions.

The Oral defence for shaving I will admit is a good one. So a trimmed bush around the lips for oral hygiene is a good compromise.
