There isnt one available, but I found that Wine makes it run well without any issues

Your problem is your winrar is out of date you need the newest one for most VN/game here.

found that a certain part of the script wasnt being updated when you do the kiko and her father introduction.
if you have ren'py save editor there is two lines you will need to update to keep going.
1. open up save in editor and then type in the search bar sb
2. change sb_blackmail_meeting_completed from false to true
3. change sb_intro_completed from false to true
save file/load save
problem fix till dev come's up with a permanent solution.

I just tried your version and it does the same for me: renpy shuts down right after "chapter 1" page, with no error message.
I'll try mac version now. Hope it'll work cause i tried your game in earlier builds and it showed a lot of potential!
Edit: So mac version works just fine, it must have been something with wine... Sry for the false alarm.

This Fast Fix addresses the following issues:
- Fixed "Shady Business" chapter from starting over more than once when you choose purity/girlfriend path
- Fixed Clara's exam "Medical Record" link which was crashing the game
Unzip the file overwriting the older ones in the "game" folder. This fix will be included in the upcoming 0.0.17 release.

Game ends on October 16th, however if you already played all medical exams introduced and you finished the "Our Clinic My Legacy" story chapter ("***TO BE CONTINUED IN NEXT UPDATES...***") there basically nothing more to do until next release.

yeah i got that one that one should have fixed the looping when it came to kiko and her dad thing not for sure but its looping again when i got to the festival now. dont know may just start a new game and start it from the beginning.

ok here is another issue i ran into loading a previous save i had after finishing the conversation with mister xuan, it continues for a few days then says im meeting with mister xuan again and his goon. it then proceeds to say the same thing as previously was done with the negotiating points and so forth (except this time there is no choice but to except everthing) after you do this it loops back to the clinic saying patient is ready to continue examination click again and its the girl(robyn) that had the laceration on her side. Name of patient is merlin arrington
