When MTL actually translates into coherent English. So basically never.
make a save in the same slot as the 100% save file than exit the game and replace that save with the 100% save
that should work

The save doesn't unlock the gallery because the game uses persistent data for the gallery here is my save folder just drag it in and replace and it should work if it doesn't then create a save yourself and use saveeditonline and edit the common.rpgsave file and make all the switches say true in lowercase, quick edit in order to see the data after you drag in common.rpgsave hit file unpack at the bottom
