I think the mini camera can be used in the park in the main city - you can spy on people, and try to blackmail them. Regular camera works for that too.

Well we are aiming to do a update every 3 months are so. As for obscure I guess it depends on which start you picked. Likely the village is the most obscure as you only get it with the school girl starts and only if you pick the early start date. I have been working on the game for over 3 years now and i have not come close to playing all of it yet. There is just a lot there, last I looked we was around 1.2/1.3 million lines of text/code in the game.

Nice. Haven't played this update at all. Is Artem the only major improvement or are there more? I kinda don't want to play it because I want to dive into the game when it has much more content. I don't mind waiting.

Artem was completely redone though a lot of the old content stayed and just got cleaned up and expanded a bit,but some was removed as we didn't fell it fit his personality.
Anya got a revamp to most of her content, talking to her in the room is expanded, sex route with her and Roma has changed
A lot of new small events was added to the school PE class and things where cleaned up there so the classes make more sense and small random events should always fit. So you will now only get the small running events on the days where there is running that day etc. Plus added a new long shower option after PE
Added some reactions to run into other students on the beach while naked
then a host of little things here and there all over.
Is there anything special about the Bimbo status aside appearence + and intelligence - ? Like unique choices or events?

You can meet a guy in the city park and get a job cleaning his house. I only know because I went through all the code long ago and translated it from machine to full English.
As for the paint, that seems to have disapeared completely. I have no idea why or when.
