The surgery gives BE, (esp. the string implants) otherwise that's it until the magic is more fully revived.
There is a full story outline for a vampire TF and a whole range of Fae npcs but we are having to make major changes in the core code stuff before we can puch forwards.

For the magic side of things, I'd like to be able to use it for more then just fighting off rapists/robbers in the park (which isn't needed if you max out the fighting stats and skills) or the missions with Tatiana/Reinhold. For example, when Anya breaks up with Roma at the party and has a drunken gangbang, rather then joining in or leaving, I'd like to be able to use magic to stop it. Maybe with a fog to blind them, then clones to knock them out and help carry Anya away. Maybe have Anya as one of the few with potential as well...
Some other things I've noticed, this time in reference to the pregnancy content. Not sure if this happens with a normal pregnancy, but at 4x speed a lot of things don't work properly.
Telling Sveta's mum about her pregnancy doesn't automatically flag that Sveta's been having sex, that comes up in another conversation that doesn't make sense if you told the lie about getting raped.
As soon as you talk to Kolka after finding out Sveta is pregnant, he will ask if the baby's his (assuming you're having sex with him?).
Never had the abortion option open up.
Got told by the porn studio that Sveta was going to be put into making pregnancy fetish videos once she started showing, but that never actually happened. Still making regular videos until she gave birth.
Never got any notifications about needing to visit the gynocologist for health check-ups, or anything indicating that Sveta was going into labour and needs to get to a clinic. At least not until I had her go to sleep one night only for her to die from complications giving birth.
