Indeed, the concept is very solid. The game would simply need a better english translation and some flesh around the bones to be very solid management 3x-game. I would say that in all the game is in much better shape than most of the 3x-games that are abandoned midway and simply stated "completed".

Here you go, you will need to extract the 2 files in the ZIP, "data2" and "log2", in to the SAVE folder (the files don't have file extensions so couldn't be attached individually). This save should appear in slot 2, gives you more than enough money to pay off the debt, Elisa's libido is at maximum (100), the hostel has 5 stars, the tenants are all "trained" and 3 of them also cook, clean and repair.

I like to revisit this obscure gem from time to time. By far my favorite brothel game. Wish there was more like it, with a simple yet unique corruption premise.

it says "honest and cleanly" meaning you can avoid all sex? go pure lesbian or pure hetro? or is this one of those games where you just get a bunch of random sex?

It seems like the author is working on a different game now. The only change is the artist, though it looks like it's AI-generated. You can find it on Patreon under the name kahvegzul. But it's another unfinished project that might be abandoned halfway through.
You might be right, but as long as the author stays active, it's hard to say how long it will last.

I read kind comments about the game, and it made me happy, but I’m disappointed that there will be no continuation.
Reading the critical comments, I realized I need to learn more and communicate with others more.
I’m grateful to those who played.
The person who said the interest in the game was gone was right. But the issue lies within the team, so a continuation is impossible.
It’s true that the creators are working on a new game, but it seems like no one is interested in it. Even if I want to continue, I think it’s better not to.
Before reading the comments, I was already considering stopping and taking a break… But now, even though I’m not interested in the current game, I feel like trying to create a new one. Perhaps my gameplay wasn’t right, or I didn’t have the necessary skills.

I'm sorry your games so far haven't gotten the traction you wanted but this one at least is certainly a very good game, and I think you definitely have the skills to make good games.
