OK, I've completed all of the Kate 0.14 offline content, and while I think the story Dark Silver is setting up for the female MC has some interesting potential, there are some things that I don't like about this game.

I don't mind a bit of grind in a game, but Glamour takes things to a new, almost excruciating, level in my opinion. Trying to complete achievements in the Progress (spoilers) section was almost mind numbing. Getting all stages completed for the Kate is taking a shower and Nick comes in and Kate is taking a bath and Nick comes in was a royal pain in the ass. Most of the time when Kate was taking a shower or a bath she would get interrupted by Julia and Nick, or by Julia alone. Top this off with long stretches of game days where Nick doesn't visit and you end up wasting a lot of time. Dark Silver should increase the chance for a Nick visit, and Nick entering the bathroom alone while Kate is taking a bath/shower.

Excessive grinding should not be added to a game in lieu of actually game play or content.

Since there are no cheats available I tried the "poor mans cheat" of saving when Nick showed up, and reloading in an attempt to get the outcome that I wanted, but instead I found a bug. Quite often when reloading a save Nick would "disappear" from the room hotbar, and remain gone even if I reloaded the save again.

Saturday and Sunday are pretty much "wasted" days, with not a lot to do other than go to work at the hotel and hoping that Nick pays a visit. Kate should be allowed to at least arrange cafe visits or other activities with classmates on the weekend.

I think I wasted close to 100 days of game days, trying to get the last few scenes with Nick. There were times he only showed up for 1 day in a week. The saving and having him disappear is hugely frustrating. Though I did find if I slept till 5am and saved in the bathroom it seemed to keep him there, but then often he'd disappear at 6am and not shower before leaving.

A few things I've picked up with ver 14 offline.

Kates starting stats are random.
Restarted a couple, because i hate myself, and each time her openmindedness, lewdness, male and female attraction was different and they all seem to have no bearing on the game, except maybe openmindedness. In fact, none of them changed throughout the gameplay.

Flirting is screwed up and also seems to be randomly successful or not and then sticks with that result. What I mean is on my first play, I could successfully flirt with everyone. Never got a "bad" result. On the second playthrough whenever I flirt with Alice or Oscar, it says it was a bad idea, or she's doing something wrong. Even though flirting is at 565 skill, and both Alice and Oscar's interest are maxed out.


Does anyone know how to get the scenes with the Neil(?), the black guy in the hotel? Or how to join Nick & Julia in the shower as I've seen CGI's for both from the v14 rip I did?

From the changelog in the OP,

v0.14 Offline
0.14 events start right after finishing Special Chemistry quest (right after giving Julia the last pill). We didn't have the time to add a quest log [NOTE: Quest Log should be active for Offline version], so here's what you'll need to do:

• After Kate gives the pill to Julia, as long as Nick is at home, there will be a late night event with him.
• Next you'll need to talk to Julia. Kate will say as much at the end of the event.
• Next late night event will happen when Nick is at home.
• Again, you'll have to talk to Julia.
• After that the game opens up a series of long and interesting events in Julia's bedroom.

There will be a point where Kate will get to decide if she wants to go with Nick all the way. There's where you say no if you don't want this kind of content. In the next couple of days we'll add more events for this option, with Kate and Julia only.
If you want to see new sex scenes with Nick and Julia, say yes. The last event is quite big and you'll have to repeat it several times to see all the variations. Don't worry, it's periodic and you won't have to save/load to see everything. Kate will be able to join Julia and Nick in her bedroom every time they have fun.

Fix #1:
Now every characters' lines in events have their own unique color and display their name correctly.
Fixed a serious bug from 0.13: if you get a pill from Zoe, take a quarter in the villa and then take another one at home on the sofa, then it would start the event with Nick which in turn would break the Special Chemistry quest. The bug should be fixed now. The event shouldn't be available after you've already done it. This fix should also apply to the old "broken" saves.
Everything should be working properly and you won't have to restart the game from scratch.

Fix #2:
After you complete 8th night with Julia and Nick in their bedroom (0.14 content), if Nick isn't home there's a 25% chance Julia will visit Kate at night
After you complete 9th night with Julia and Nick (after Kate has sex with Nick), if Nick is home after Kate goes to sleep there's a 25% chance Nick will come over and Julia will join them.
There are new events when Kate watches TV with Julia and Nick.

Fix #3:
dded new events in the bathroom. Now Kate can join Julia in the shower regardless of how aroused she is.
Now Kate can enter Julia's bedroom when she's asleep (alone, or with Nick) or when Julia isn't in the room (we added a new image with the correct lightning).
If Julia is asleep, Kate can join her on the bed. She could go to sleep, or... See for yourselves.

Go look at the NPC profiles in the Character Info section you'll see entries added if certain flirting choices are liked or disliked. For instance Alice likes to be hugged and Andrew hates to be touched. When you use an option the NPC hates, that's when you get the "bad idea" result.

If we are talking about the grind-yes this is probably the grindiest.
But BB 0.3 is twice bigger on new content than Glamour 0.16.Some other BB are also bigger and even some other Glamour updates.
BTW are these previews that should be in 0.16 not there?

Yeah i know those but there are no notes for either. And no matter what option, flirt, touch, hug or leave...the text at the bottom of the screen says it was a bad idea, or doing something wrong or wrong time. However even though it says it was a bad idea, their interest increased regardless.

Also those likes and dislikes are random with each game. My first go, Andrew liked to be touched. Second play through, he hates hugs.

then there are no quest

As a BB fan, that statement even though I know the dev cycle. Still hurts my soul.

Well,I expect that things will go to worst.Don't forget that pretty soon we will have only one update for Max from each 6 updates of Glamour.After all he will add Eric and it won't matter if his content will be optional,because he anyway will need to make the renders for that route.And won't have time to work on Max at the same time.So 4-5 years waiting for Glamour to catch BB 0.13 is probably more realistic.

What are you talking about. There's no such thing as an Eric update. If Eric is introduced, it'll be part of Max's story and it'll be a Max update.

That why I also posted that it can be 50% Max/50% Eric and that definitely will slow down even more the progress for Max.
Easy to guess that in that case we are at least 2-3 years before first sex for Max.After all we know that new version won't have the quick sex with Kira.The progress with her will be more "natural".

Then you might as well wait for a significant Max update. While there does seem to be some lesbian content in the works for Kate, it looks like you won't be able to advance her story without having some sex with men.
