Honestly no. I don't believe it's a good game at all.
-> It has nothing new (it's a mashup of the 1st Glamour, and of Big Brother)
-> It's basically an over-repetitive Slider-Teaser, with too much grind
-> They changed the Engine midway, and fucked-up big time (this happens, but it generated too many hiccups)
Appart from that...
Alas, it's a recurring Dark Silver process. He starts things, milks too much and for too long, making his customers bore and leave, and as he only listens to paying customers, he cuts himself from the opportunity to get new ones, gets cornered in a non-sustainable bubble, then abandons the project. It's been three times already. Same MO, same ending.
Because he apparently failed to apply two basic rules of commerce :
1/ you have to grow, and to grow you have to convince new customers to pay. You don't do that by not listening to what they would pay for.
2/ You have to deliver. Milking is a balance. If you miss the target too often, fail to have substantial updates - with more than a few pics of "nothing", a ton of new bugs everytime, and possibly the obligation for players to start over - people will eventually get bored and leave. And you'll hit rock bottom.
And that's exactly what happened. The war in Ukraine was only an accelerant for this already ongoing attrition process.

Yeah, I played it for the renders. But the events were more repetitive than in any other game I played. Repeat the same each week and get one bonus image, yay!
But tbh I think Dark Silvers biggest mistake was that he listened to his customers too much, let THEM decide what would go into the game instead of doing his own thing. Going the full porn route early doesn't give an option for a good story. You jut find excuses for the next sex scene and that's a bad and boring VN.
And yes, I know that there was a group that wanted more Kate content, but there was also a group that wanted more Max content.
I prefer games where the makers follow their own plan and deliver something that has a concept rather than following every direction the wind blows.

Dude had a good thing going with big brother, it was bad but at the time it was ok and he got people hooked at the characters. He decided to stop it to remake Glamour, many jumped ship and then he decided to remake big brother inside Glamour as well. Such a stupid decision and with his MO as a developer it would obviously not work long term. I'm glad I never lost time with Glamour, lost enough time with Big Brother.
The worst part is that I kinda miss the dynamic with Big Brother with the house getting slowly more corrupted, with the girls becoming nudists, and having sex everywhere in the house. He really fucked it up.

That's just that : he only listened to his paying customers. That's where he emprisonned himself in too small a bubble.With no way to keep track of what prospects would have paid for.
The first things he should have done was:
- opening monthly polls to everyone, regardless of payment or not
- trust the marketing rules, numbers about percentages of prospects becoming customers compared to actual customers attrition. I don't know those rules and numbers. I just know they exist. I also know it needs a full time job just to collect and aknowledge the results.
Aside from marketing rules, the big real issue here remains the lack of talent and the outdated gameplay, visuals and overall aesthetics. All the models look like rubber dolls. The Kate story is too mild and basically feels fake from A to Z and as for the Max part, well, it's a rip of BB with "arguably better" pics. What's to keep enough people to pay monthly for that ?

A good writer writes his own story. F*** the market, tell your story. Customers usually don't know what they really want, they only see a small frame with the kink they want to see. Shag that girl, threesome with that one and this one, add heels in this scene, there need to be cigarettes. All this is bullshit. The focus for every good VN is on the story, the kind of scenes that are added must fit the story. DarkSilver did it the other way around, created sex scenes and wrote the story around them. The result was a chaotic mix that made no sense at all. And of course there was way too much repetitive grind.
