That announcement wasn’t really about abandoning the game though. It was more about introducing the team and letting people know of their problems and what not. Nothing in that announcement if I remember correctly really gives the impression that the dev would drop of the face of the earth mere weeks later.

especially considering we know they were working on 0.58 when the posts stopped coming.

I'm not going to search for it, but the announcement WAS about ending the development. Wait, just checked go to Patreon on read the whole thing (it's NOT paywalled).

Yes, it talked about how many people worked on things but was MOSTLY about how they needed a LOT more money. Oh, and how the game was going to be on Steam, and they needed more money, or the game would be dropped.

Unless you use the old version, you can only use some virtualization with Parallels Desktop or similar software or maybe CrossOver or Whisky will do the trick. The first option definitely works, since it virtualities a complete OS, the others should work with some cookies and stuff, too.

It was taught to tell that. There are some events which should finish properly than it works all event.

No you repeat it every time but no new event. After villa event you find message center event
