There are no workable cheats in this game short of save file modding.
Don't ask me how to do it, I don't know.

Я бы понял если бы МЖЖ (Макс, Алиса и Катя) и продолжения истории этого трио уже в колледже, а так опять халтура, теже яйца только в профиль.

I would understand if MJJ (Max, Alice and Katya) and the continuation of the history of this trio are already in college, and so again hack, the same eggs only in profile.

I don't have a quest log in the current update and haven't found anything about it now. Is this a bug?

From what I could gather, something is missing in my save, so the current quest is not shown to me. Could someone please provide me with a save 0.41 (Max+Kate)? I would be very grateful.
