I apologize in advance for my bad english. I know the times when and in which room Ann cleans and I know even if the sunbathing event with Ann and Kira takes place too early, the quest Big Problem with Zoe cannot be completed. I know even if sunbathing with Ann and Kira happens too soon, the New World Order will be considered complete. However, there is no punishment for Ann in Alice's room. I now believe that this punishment is a myth, I believe that all those who claim to have seen this punishment are lying because there is not a single screenshot of this mythical punishment. At least that's my personal opinion. But I'm happy to be convinced otherwise, because I find this game interesting.

no bro, you are wrong. the punishment is already exists. I played 0.44 and I saw Ann getting punished by Alice. I am afraid you have a problem with your game or you don't know what to do.
It may be true that the penalty exists, but it is not triggered and, as you can see, I am not alone in this matter. I've restarted this game for the 4th time and yes, I've also deleted all the files, including saved games, beforehand. The result has always been the same. Up to this point I have described and no further. I also found out from friends that the apk version and the mac version are similar and the same and that it could possibly be due to the technical equipment is unlikely. I don't want to make the game bad like some hir, I respect the performance of those who make it available to us free of charge and that everyone has their own opinion is also ok. But when so many describe the same problem, I think there must be something drann. I am still looking for help with this issue and will continue to try to find a solution myself. I still thank you for the fact that I have already received help in some cases that have brought me forward in the game, but at the moment I am stuck.

Yeah alot of people facing this problem, it's mostly a bug in the game
I will record a video for my game to show you how Alice punishes Ann and to ensure you that the punishment is exists
thar is a bug in the game the last class in college it finish at 11:00 and it shod be at 12:00 it repeat it salf agein and agein can someone fix it ?

So now finally after all this time someone actually said it straight.
Several weeks and about 50 answers saying the same thing that was in the question for someone to say that.
The fact that we never could get the Ann being punished by Alice scene has never been because we didn't know how to trigger it apparently, but it is because the scene is bugged.
So from this point, I do not have a save from before college, I do not want to load someone elses save, so I need to replay it from the start and hope I don't get the same bugged scene.
I never really cared for Max's route from the start, which I expressed before, but I hated not finishing it. I'll stick with Kate's route from now on, or atleast when I can actually do something since Kate is stuck in a never ending loop of missing every class.

Everyone having the problem with the time bug causing missed classes and events, a guy did post a possible fix a few pages back.
If you do not want to try that, the only options are wait till it is fixed in the next update or take advantage of it. Explained it so many time in the past few pages of how go to PE first, do hours of work in just a few minutes, then go back to change clothes.
There is a 3rd option. The bug actually starts around 10:50. PE doesn't start until 11:30. If you move from room to room (I know it's a pain) then just before 11:30 time will start moving right again and then you can go to PE with no issues.

It's not bugged and it works. A lot of people explained it a lot of times.
You know what? it was cleary explained the very first time a dude asked for it - it happened the day after 0.45 was uploaded here - and it works. Damnit, it works.

Yep it seems that many people can't seem to trigger it if though it was "clearly explained" the first time it was asked and the reason all of us can't trigger it is we're just too stupid to walk into a room between 14:10 and 14:20 or download a save that doesn't trigger it but instead bypasses it. I guess so.
Oh and just for you're reference, since you're right and all, I went all the way back to February 3rd when it was finally completed and on February the 4th is the first post of asking about this quest after it's completion. Lets see that answer shall we:
