Do you find a way to get this scene?

Yes. I had to load an early save. This scene happens only once. When Kate sees Helen running away from the locker room, Angela offers Kate to replace her and suck Lucas If Kate refuses, this scene will be skipped

Not this time around, no. He doesn't appear at all.
