HOLY carp and I spent several hours looking for ways to modify the dll files, all starting with no knowledge on anything it is was as easy as using my trusty cheat engine.

You need to wait after 23.00 o later and click on the couch. You will have the pill option plus the normal sleep option. Make sure the quest tracker tell you Kate wants to try again

Yeah, I tried. It didn't work.
Even with the quest saying, "Also, Zoe gave me the rest of the pill I took. I'm a bit worried about taking it again, but maybe I could do it at night when everyone's asleep?"

No, it works. You need to be at stage 6 but I don't know if you need all the bedroom and/or night time events.
Just keep walking in on Julia in the shower and join her.

Server is constantly running. I do not know how your game works without it.

I'm going to guess you are using the online version then? Offline version only has glamour and not the glamour-server process
