I had to reinstall the game so I've restarted the game Now I have gotten stuck. I forgot how do I eavesdrop on Nicolaus in his office? He is never there.

That's what i thought but its been a few days now (in game) where i do the things im missing and the counter doesn't go up

loaded right up for me...says v13 but its loading my online save which makes me think its just the online version with all of the images.
Its the online client with the images included...probably got it from svs which has it listed as offline aswell.

This is not an offline version because there is no glamour-server file.exe

Why are you doing useless action that spends the time of your life? Copy the images from the archive to disk "C" and play without spending a second ...
The only way to cheat money is by using the Offline version, and using Cheat Engine.
The standard online version can't be cheated, due to the online connection to Dark Silver's server.
