The game was originally going to be about Kate, just like the version the got axed in 2016. I guess enough people whinged and bitched that he added Max into the game.
Now they're whinging and bitching that the content move is too slow. 2 Kate:1 Max update was agreed upon by the most recent Patron poll. Not by much but by just enough.

I'm not understanding anything, the original version of the game says 0.13 and you say it didn't even end at 0.2 and now I'm confused. Well, I think it's going too fast. Maybe DarkSilver doesn't want to remake the original game and started making his game faster. In the original game, there was a lot of grind, right? but at the beginning it made sense. Darksilver put all the women of the house with sexy clothes and with Kira already living there. In the original game it was different, aunt Kira came in after Eric however, she would only come home at dawn or show up at the pool in the mornings. I'm not reminded, whether aunt Kira came before or after Eric in the game.
In order not to write a long text, I go straight to the part that I said was going too fast. In this last update we had Lisa's content where she can be Max's girlfriend. Max still can't fuck her, but she is kind of naked for him. It turns out that we already have aunt Kira living in the house and she can watch porn along with Max masturbating. At lunch, Ann quoted Eric, so he's likely to appear in the story. If Max is already close to Alice and now to Lisa, what will the story be like when Eric gets into it? I keep wondering if Darksilver ever wants to get Max to have relationships with Alice, Lisa, aunt Kira and Ann at first without having to have that relationship development. Yes, the game seems like it’s not working on developing the relationship, it’s like Alice is going to be naked for Max without her caring, in the original game we knew Alice was fragile but she didn’t like Max acting like a pervert. Same with Lisa, she is an innocent sister and who starts to obey Max but with restrictions, Max made Ann spank Lisa until Lisa started to trust Max, as well as Alice to listen to him. Now do you understand why I'm saying it's going too fast? the game shows no challenges, Max is just a guy who will fuck one by one without any effort. So I said it was better for Darksilver to take time out with Max's story and start focusing on Kate's story. So when he finishes Kate's story he will have enough time to think and come up with new ideas.

I have two hidden cameras but I don't have any options to install them... How do you do it? It tells me in the inventory they can be placed in the bathroom, the pool area, or the living room. But I don't see any way to install the cameras in those areas.

If you have a camera, the rooms themselves should display an "Install Camera" option.
I would place my bet on something JavaScript-related since the game server runs on NodeJS, or C#-related since the current Unity client is written on C#. Rewriting the offline version, both the server and client parts, into Python to get a standard Ren'Py game doesn't make sense to me from the technical point of view. I would find it too much hassle for almost nothing.
You should hate games, not engines. Unity itself is pretty capable, but also is much more complex than beginners tend to think. One can't simply watch some C# tutorials, download Unity and make the game of their dreams. The engine is super-universal and lets you make any simple thing in a dozen of different ways. It relies on you knowing what you're doing and doesn't judge. The same applies to C#. If you don't know what you're doing, then you face the reality and get what you get.

I mean that the remastered BB in Glamour,after more than 1 year didn't have even the content that was in BB 0.2.

Just played the new BB content for the 1st time and rather under-impressed and disappointed. 
No animations, no music, no voiced dialogue, etc... The only plus that I can see is that the renderings are slightly better, and some new content/characters have been introduced. DS collected a small fortune over years, and can't hire and/or learn basic animation? I know some fanboys will vehemently disagree but I'd be ashamed to release such a lackluster product that barely made my dick twitch!

Voiced dialogue... I'm personally glad there's none, as it would be cringe inducing and horrible.
Not sure where you're getting the idea of "small fortune" from, given that Patreon has to get its cut first, and then the other people on the team get theirs. Yes, there are other people on the team, and even when making BB there were other people. DS is the one in charge.
I've been having an issue with the NPC mapping for Max.
This is all I see for that option. I thought they added mapping for Max as well or did that not happen?

See I have the hidden camera and as I've shown I still don't get the option to install the camera. Does everyone have to be out of the house or is it at a specific time?

I really doubt doing anything with the registry keys is needed, and I'd skip that step (certainly on a first try).
0.2 does not equal 0.20
0.13 means 13
0.2 means 2 (not 20)

I'd say kudos to you for supporting a dev and a game that I have no intention of ever playing even though I too was once a BB donor. You are helping grow the industry for adult games and I'll take that as a win, and incentive for the smaller developers that I support to strive to reach BB levels.

Since when does $5/month constitutes "funding" anything? That's like two cups of shitty coffee, or five candy bars, or one very depressing order at Taco Bell, or 1/10 the cost of enjoying a nice dinner with a glass of wine.
If you care about how normal people spend $5 a month, then I'm curious how you have internet access at all because I would assume you live in terrifying squalor.
