I think you have to eavesdrop on the principal when Karen is in his office to start the 0.42 event chain. Should happen on the days Karen has classes, but maybe it can happen any days. This update is extremely lame.
Yes. A few times already to change even the punishing rules.
I can't eavesdrop on Karen and principal. When both are in the room and I click up there Kate is in the room getting fucked by both.

In the morning, however, Karen is never in the pricipal office. Have now played for 2 weeks and everything unchanged.

How do I trigger the Neil quest exactly? And I'm also unable to proceed with the College comittee story. Stuck at the part where I have full access to vote for punishments.

man i missed the first quest from karen in the classrom, i talked to andrew to set it up and somehow it didn't trigger. after that i asked him for another lesson and he said ok but now nothing happens again. i tried many things.
Does someone have a save file before starting the karen quest? i found one but that one is so much more behind then i did already.
i'm done with the villa quest for the authority things everything is 100% etc.

She doesn't need to be in the principal office for the eavesdropping scene.
It seems you have not progressed far enough with this quest. Are you sure you have already unlocked all the previous rules?
At start of 0.42 for me the quest text is only one line : "It's time to talk to Nicolas and learn about his plans."

Hi, its some kind of broken quest? I past over 3 weeks in game, been at every her lesson, but dont get that one with last order, maybe it need some activation?
