yes but in become a rockstar no love interest will have a scene unless mc was not activiely involved with said female. so you cant really compare the 2.
After a single kiss there is no such thing as "Love" interest, yet. Anyway the girl has a life already, maybe a fucked up life, and I strongly believe that the scene is there for a reason. Of course if it doesn't and we realize later that it was only to insert a way to put a porn scene, then I would be pissed (a tiny bit). But then again this is a VN and I'm very curious to see what's next...

nice game & interesting story. just wanted to say that here and I look forward to future updates
Interesting start. I look forward to the next update.

Have a problem with your brain? I already read it but I dont sure. Because I see so much game giving little info about changelog but same time give good content. This changelogs could be tricky.
No, my brains works just fine (better than most of you, regarding of questions, what I have read here), how about you ???? If changelog is up to date (version numbers), there is the information, what you need !!!! You could give me an example, what games gives insufficiency information in Changelogs, that YOU indicate !!!!!

Yes you are absolutly right. I thought their would be a good chemestry between mc and mon but when I saw the sex scene with mc's father and she's just acted like a complete slut now i'm feeling sick.

I logged in a few minutes ago and saw an update. I look at the changelog, nothing much to be seen so I try to read newer posts to see if those who played the game have any opinion on this upgrade. That's when i find 4 full pages of hate talks about NTR.

I say WTF? A girl that the MC just met is banging a guy. It seems a bit out of place storywise, at least until we know more. This does not look like any kind of cheating or anything like it, the MC is not even present in the scene and hardly knows the girl.

I don't mind seeing multiple male characters having sex, take Become A Rock Star for example. There is an excellent scene with the other male band member and nobody shouted against him. Now, because there is a possibility that the MC might get interested in the female character in the future everyone makes it the end of the world. I'm not a fan of NTR but I don't mind watching a nice porn scene. This is only that.

Please calm down and give the creator a chance to carry on with the story.
The problem is not whether or not this is actually NTR. From the description of the scene it does not appear to be technically NTR. The developer has said that there is not going to be NTR in the story. However, because of this one scene some players have read the thread and decided to avoid the game. Some others have played the game got to the scene and decided to drop the game. The developer's stated goal is to get 500 patrons so he can update his computer system. Right now he is up to nine. With the scene in the game, it will be a long road to 500. There are plenty of games out there for me. My goal in posting here is to help a new developer out. I really would like him to be successful. I just think he will have difficulty as his story stands now. I looked at the game because I thought the preview pictures looked interesting; but I did not play the story because I read the discussion thread first and learned of the scene. There are posters supporting the developer and the scene being discussed. That's great. If you like the story the way it is, please go to his Patreon page and support him. Right now I will say that if the developer makes the scene avoidable (not just skippable) I will pledge at least $1 per month for as long as no such content appears again (also I won't support games that include rape.) I know $1 per month is not much, but I have never played the game so I don't if it's any good. So even if it is in all other respects this is the worst game I ever played, I will pledge $1 per month. The better it is the more I will pledge. My challenge is that if you like the game the way it is now then pony up at least $1 per month to support him. Some developers see their games as a business some as art. I would be much happier if others would support MrStarRaccoon's art, but if not I am willing to support his business. Look at this post as my filling out a customer survey letting a business owner know what it would take for me to buy his product.

You're right but first thing first I also hate NTR but by the story I think the NTR scene is before the event of mc and girl meeting because as the title suggest 'Glimpse of the Past' this is my speculation however when the girl met mc their is some level of attraction toward mc and she also kissed him that's why it seems it's from the past.

You're probably right, but you spend half the game flirting (or whatever that was) with a woman acting all high-and-mighty and then you see an asshole treating her like a dumb slut and she's loving it! Yeah... That's very sexy... I'm dying to see if "daddy dearest" has fucked every single girl we'll meet in this game! It's 2 for 2 so far, since we haven't seen the childhood friend as an adult yet, but one can always hope! I'm sure there's some kind of kink/fetish where people can only get off to their father's sloppy seconds (and only if they see a sextape of them first), but I don't think it's very popular. That scene was completely out of context and unneeded. The game has a good amount of content and still most of the complaints are about that scene which adds what? 1 more minute? And it's not just the fact she fucked him, it really feels pointless and distasteful. Lisa obviously fucked him too, but you don't see anyone "hating" on her. I think it's because we didn't have to witness it and we didn't see her acting out of character at any point, just for the sake of a sex scene. For me the only way to "save" this, is if that scene turns out to be a nightmare or something stupid like that or if you can completely ignore Monica for the rest of the game. And of course if the pattern where every girl you meet has fucked the MC's "father", breaks after those two. All that of course since (despite the tag) the dev said he's not going for NTR, because if he's going that way it's a completely different story.

Obviously it doesn't work for games that focus on a specific fetish, but I really appreciate that MrStarRaccoon is willing to allow players to skip something they might dislike, however you want to define it. It shows attention to the audience, which is important. While I like people having the confidence to tell their stories their own way, having sensitivity to your audience is very important if you want longevity in the industry. I wish more devs would do this type of thing.

I assume the translation for this line is a little off, but it made me laugh anyway: "People are like candles. Burning and being put in your ass".
Pin (Pokèmon) Butt on Fire.gif

Not sure what the actual translation should be, though. Maybe "People are like candles: burning with fire but still getting put on their asses"?

Also, +10 points for the Harry Potter reference.

Except the "something" does occur, you just have the option not to watch it. People have been asking for the "something" to be avoidable and to that the developer has not listened; hence his nine patrons.

It is just a first release though, if it would continue with unavoidable events in next updates (childhood friend NTRs MC/bangs another dude and etc.) and continues to dissatisfies most people hanging around here then mrstarracoon is doing something wrong, even the white knights can only defend something successfully if it is successful too.
