That's the thing. It is a game-breaker for a lot of people. I for instance don't like voyerism. I don't want to see other people fucking. It doesn't do anything for me. Of course people have a past, but I don't need to see it. No matter how hot a girl might be, it's a turn off for me if I see someone else fucking her. Some people are into voyeurism, NTR, etc while some aren't. Some want to watch all of those "juicy" details in its full HD glory while others don't.
Games like these teeter on pleasing everyone (by providing distinct paths for each fan base) or pissing off everybody by either not including their preferred fetish or "route" or giving the other side more content.
If I was developing a game, I wouldn't choose this delicate tight-rope walking approach where you constantly have to assure both sides at all times so kudos and good luck to ya dev.
MC has the most fucked up subconscious ever. Problem for me is that you wouldn't have guessed it by his interactions with others, or by his thoughts, at all. For the sake of my suspension of disbelief, either his dreams needs to easy up, or his interactions and/or conscious thoughts needs to get more fucked up.

It's actually not. The tag was added by a mod or perhaps even added by the developer much later on after a boatload of complaints because the "NTR scene" came right at the very end of the update and there was no tag to go along with it.
However, the dev repeatedly stated it was NOT an NTR game in the comments -- and went on to confirm that it wasn't because the scene of the father fucking Monica was just a nightmare had by the MC.

I think something that might work betting is tags like "NTR Type A" , "NTR Type B", etc or "Soft NTR", "Hard NTR".

No one cares that Lisa was MC's dad's ex, which involved implied sex off-screen. No one cares about that nor seeing already established wives or girlfriends in VNs getting dicked by their respective husbands or boyfriends. While the Monica was distasteful especially when someone here said it was supposed to be in the past sex, which makes the dev's decision to make it a nightmare instead didn't change my stance with Monica.
PS. It is my own opinion and probably also some other people within the forum and outside of the forum. I am not slinging insults or name calling. Why are people thinking Anti-NTR people here seems privileged here in a FORUM where comments can be given as long as it doesn't threaten anyone or insult anyone? Its a FORUM we aren't starting a war here were here to give our opinions, opinions that could help increase the support in this game but the dev already made the damage (the surge of patrons seen in new fan favorite recent games is over don't think this game caught it), that unlike in other newly fan favorites games is absent, like in WVM there is no "NTR" there yet caught a lucky break especially when you consider it is a recent game (still remembered seeing the first release in the Latest Updates and said to myself it looks good and promising).
